As Dubai turns bright on the World Tourism Map with all those giant hotels and building, they are going for yet another landmark. The world largest oil producers to go carbon neutral. Is that wondering you, but could be true with the artificial Ziggurat to be built in Dubai.

Basically Ziggurat was a temple tower of the ancient Mesopotamian valley and Iran, having the form of a terraced pyramid of successively receding stories or levels. Some modern buildings with a step pyramid shape have also been termed ziggurats. And lets see what the Artificial Ziggurat really meant, its going to house 1.1 million inhabitants within a pyramid spanned over 2.3Square Kilometer. The project is “almost totally self-sufficient energy-wise. By tapping into the planet’s renewable resources, designers assert that it could practically be carbon-neutral, and given that transport within the machine would be connected by an “integrated 360-degree network” . Lets hope for even more Ziggurats for carbon neutral planet.
