Batman: Arkham Asylum is yet another game from Eidos Interactive for the batman lovers. In Batman: Arkham Asylum the player assumes the role of Batman as he delivers The Joker to Arkham Asylum. There, the imprisoned super-villains have set a trap and an immersive combat gaming experience unfolds. With an original script penned by Emmy Award-winning Batman writer Paul Dini, the game brings the universe of DC Comics’ detective to life! The Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane is a fictional setting, a psychiatric hospital in the DC Comics Universe, usually in stories featuring Batman. Many psychotic criminals, including a number of Batman’s enemies, such as The Joker and Two-Face, are held within the Asylum.
The game Batman: Arkham Asylum is developed by Rocksteady Studios for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC and is slated for a release in 2009.
