The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena is an upcoming science fiction first-person action game for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows. The game is being developed by Starbreeze Studios and will be published by Atari.

The game is a sequel to The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, which has been remade and will be included along with the Assault on Dark Athena campaign. Dark Athena is expected to have improved graphics and AI from Escape along with the addition of a multiplayer mode. The single player mode will also be expanded to include Riddick escaping onto a mercenary ship called Dark Athena.

The game will be released on April 7, 2009. A demo was released on Xbox Live on March 4, 2009, with a PlayStation Network release following on March 12, 2009.
