The symbol for Indian Rupee came but I wished if I could get to use that symbol. Now I managed to get a font with the new rupee symbol. Want it? Just follow the instructions given below to get the symbol in your computer.
Step1 : Download the file (Rupee.ttf) or the new version (Rupee_Foradian.ttf).
Step 2 : Install the font (Just paste it in the ‘Fonts’ folder in the Control Panel)
Step 3 : Done. Now use it . Open MS Word and select ‘Rupee’ or ‘Rupee Foradian’ font.
Step 4 : Type the tilde symbol ‘`’ (the key just below ‘Escape’).
